Digital Asset Archive provides companies with a cloud-based platform for the secure management, archiving, and versioning of digital data assets. The scope of services is determined by the contract package booked and the current system documentation.

You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and for compliance with applicable data protection and retention regulations. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. We will notify you in advance via the system dashboard of scheduled maintenance windows, which are generally outside business hours. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations, life, limb, or health are affected. We are liable for data loss only to the extent that we have demonstrably breached our duty to perform regular backups.

Contracts run for the agreed minimum term and renew automatically unless terminated with due notice. Upon termination of the contract, your data will be permanently deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms with reasonable notice if required by legal or technical developments. We will notify you of significant changes by email to the address on file.
